    Herbal Spread Mix
    Roasted Garlic And Jalapeno Spread

    Boursin Clone

    8-oz. cream cheese, room temperature
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 cup butter, room temperature
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
    1/4 tsp. marjoram

    Mix all together and spread on crackers.

    Herbal Spread Mix

    1 cup dried parsley
    1/2 cup dried dill weed
    1/2 cup dried chives
    1/2 cup dried oregano
    1/4 cup dried thyme

    Combine. Store in an airtight container away from the light.
    Variations: Add 1/4 cup dried basil or 1/8 cup dried lemon zest
    Yield: 2-3/4 cups

    suggested uses:
    Add to cream cheese for a cracker spread. Add to pasta sauces, dips,
    veggie dishes, soups and stews, and salad dressings, homemade herb breads,
    chicken, fish dishes, herb vinegars, or herb butter.

    Roasted Garlic And Jalapeno Spread

    1 tablespoon vegetable Oil
    1 pinch salt
    1 large head garlic
    1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
    2 jalapenos, ground fine
    1 pinch chopped parsley
    1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
    1 pinch fresh black pepper
    1 pinch Habanero Pasilla blend

    Preheat oven to 375 F. Cut tip off head of garlic and rub down with vegetable
    oil. Place on baking sheet; bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until soft
    and golden. Remove from oven; let cool. Peel garlic, discard skins. Place
    garlic in food processor or mash by hand with a fork. Blend in all ingredients
    thoroughly until smooth.
