No, but the latest issue of Cooking Light magazine had an article about
making ricotta at home. It looked surprisingly easy. I know that's not
what you're looking for, but thought I'd mention it.

Google "cheesemaking" and you will get lots of sites. My husband has
made cheese at home. The hardest part was finding the rennet, but we
actually found some at Kroger.

I actually started thinking about this a long time ago, when I got the itch
to make poutine. It seems the best poutine is made with fresh cheese curds,
and so one thing led to another...
