I am a commuter in Washington, D.C., working near Union Station. Yesterday after work, I go downstairs and I find that someone has stolen my bicycle's front wheel! When I go to the bicycle repair store in Union Station, they told me that I would need to pay $88 for a new 700c wheel. This seemed a bit much: a bit of research on Amazon convinced me that it should be around $60. I was wondering if someone could make an "Amazon Wishlist" cart of the cheapest parts that I need to replace just my front 700c wheel -- I have been doing a lot of research and I cannot find either a "premade" wheel or a list of parts to make a wheel or a list of parts to make a 700c wheel.
