    Hi all.

    I'm on a student budget as my priority is restoring my classic mini and a complete overhaul of every part on a '92 Honda VFR400. Therefore when money comes in, the motorcycle or car takes it.

    I'm open to 2nd hand, and I've been looking at a handful of different bikes. Right now I've been looking at the Carrera TDF a lot. It's in Halfrauds for £349, but they come and go on eBay/Gumtree for about £200 - £250 or thereabouts.

    I've also taken a liking to the Carrera Virtuoso, a friend rides one and is very happy with it, I had a quick go and found it nice to ride too. The only problem is it's £429, well out of budget.

    Anyone tried a TDF and have a review?

    Oh and if it makes a difference, I'm about 5ft11 roughly and I weigh about 11 stone 6 pounds (160 pounds or 72.5kg)
