  1. I have a hybrid which I used for commuting last year, but am pensioning off,
for occasional use on weekends and as a backup for my road bike. The
cassette, a HG50 8 speed, is stuffed. Does anyone know where I can get a
cheap (lowest quality) cassette for, under the standard $49.95 that all bike
    shops seem to be charging?

  3. my last 8 speed mtb cassette cost me $79.... damn ripoff... anyways, it'll
probably cost you more in time and hassle chasing one down for a few $ under
    $50...

    cheers,

  4. $29 for a 12-24t generic Taiwanese one , $10 extra for a 9sp mtb version
