    Based on its appearance, I think the frame is from XDS. There is quite a bit of info on this company on the weightweenies forum, and they make carbon frames that are re-badged by (among many others):
    Planet-X
    Fondriest
    Louis Garneau
    CSK
    Pedal Force
    Velo Vie

    Pretty sure this frame is the X-B10 model from here:
    xds-carbon.comproducts.asp

    What does that mean in practice: inexpensive but probably good as long as the warranty and test ride are OK. It is a different factory to the huge Gigantex, Martek and Topkey, but probably doing similar quality.
