Charity spin bike ideas

i'm trying to plan a charity cycle in the next few months. I live in the Middle East and the roads aren't particularly safe so I'm thinking that a spinning bike challenge may be the best idea. But what do people think would be a worthy challenge? I'm fairly fit and have run a marathon in the past, but sadly can't run anymore due to a foot injury.
