Skiing Magazine's Skiing For Someone is a series of benefit events
supporting Big City Mountaineers, a 501(c)(3) non-profit recreational
mentoring program for at-risk teens. Given space availability, you
will have the choice to heliski or snowcat-ski at one of 5 backcountry
settings (Lake Tahoe, North Cascades, Ruby Mountains, San Juans, and
Valdez) with The North Face and Warren Miller Entertainment athletes at
discounted rates. Along with getting the opportunity to participate in
the guided backcountry event of your lifetime, you will receive apparel
and gear valued at $1,200 as a thank you for your participation from
The North Face and Atomic.

Backpacker Magazine's Summit For Someone is a series of benefit climbs
supporting the at-risk teens of Big City Mountaineers. Given space
availability, you will have the choice to summit one of 14 mountains,
including Gannett Peak, Grand Teton, Longs Peak, Mt. Hood, Mt.
Katahdin, Mt. Moran, Mt. Olympus, Mt. Rainier, Mt. Shasta, Mt. Shuksan,
Mt. Washington, Mt. Whitney, North Palisades, and the Presidential
Traverse. Along with getting the opportunity to participate in the
guided climb of your lifetime, you will receive mountaineering gear
valued at $2,800 as a thank you for your participation from our event
