  1. I have heard many different recommendations for how often running shoes
should be changed out. I've been told that about 300 miles is the time to
start breaking in a new pair. Is this accurate? Any help is appreciated.

  2. This a Frequently Asked Question.
Shoes last from 200 to 1000 miles, depending on a
lot of factors. Many people mention 400-500 miles,
4-6 months. If your legs start aching or you
run more slowly, thats a sign. The best way to
know is to buy a pair early, then use it on alternate
days with the old pair. Then you can feel the the
    degradation in the old pair.

Daily. I mean you should remove them everyday. They must smell nasty if
you wore them for 300 miles, unless of course you drove the 300 miles.

  4. When you can no longer outrun my pick up truck.

  5. Your multi-colored, 4 cylinder toyota is no match for him.
