Changing Rear Axle HED Disk

So far so good!

To continue:
Push the axle all the way out. One bearing will come out with it.
Push the bearing back in the hub without the axle.
Install the track axle with the "cones" riding inside the bearing
races. Install the rest of the spacers, lock nuts, etc.
Adjust bearing play as usual.

You might consider swapping to larger diameter nuts where they touch
the frame (inside and out). The nuts supplied are pretty small and
badly gouged the steel dropouts on my friend's Tomasso, to the point
where it was very difficult to adjust the chain tension. They're
threaded M10x1, same as many other hubs (Shimano, SunTour, Surly,
Sansin, etc.). But not the same thread as Campagnolo.
