  1. I have the core diet each day as being very high in carbs and low in protein and fiber. I need to
change that (due to reactive hypoglycemia), so here's my first idea of a goal. I'm keeping some
things that are bad until I can replace them, but I am adding some good things.

these I will replace or modify eventually with equal calories, but lower carb foods. The trick is if
a new item has lower calories, but same bulk, I can't eat more of it to get the calories I need
(small stomach and I eat slowly). If you can think of things that have equal calories and same or
less bulk (filling the stomach), let me know.

fettucine alfredo with broccoli and chicken carb 37g protein 14g (310 cal) bologna and cheese
sandwich carb 32g protein 11g (310 cal) chocolate raisins carb 29g protein 2g (200 cal) blueberry
muffins carb 24g (200 cal) orange juice carb 13g (55 cal)

    these will be new

peanuts carb 6g protein 7g sunflower seeds carb 5g protein 7g spinach carb 4g protein 2g eggs (2)
    unknown--anyone?

This adds up to 1610 calories. I need to eat 1900 / day, without adding much more meat and no
straight milk (milk, ice cream, cottage cheese?, yogurt?, cream?, butter?)

berries (blue, blac, rasp) carb 8g, 10g, 15g (probably one or two of them a day) carrots unknown
    broccoli unknown olives unknown

These add to the 1610, though I am not sure how much. Maybe I can eat a salad with oil. After I have
incorporated all of these foods and eaten them awhile, I'll change the top ones (Unless I see
something I could change immediately without having to cook or prepare).
