  1. I finally used it for the first time, a few questions:

    1) What length of ride (in time) do you start to use cream?

    2) On longer rides, do you really add more later in the ride?

    3) Do you put it in your hand or pocket before you apply it so it's not so cold? 🙂

    4) How helpful do you find it to be?

  2. 1) I use it for all rides, although I suppose if you ride under 20mi, maybe you wouldnt need it.

    2) I have never done that. Even on centuries.

    3) Its in the medicine cabinet or in the vanity drawer most of the time, so it doesnt get that cold. Or warm.

    4) Very helpful. The first time I did a long ride without it, was also the last.

    1) Same as Graf. All (unless I regrettably have forgotten to pack in when travelling)

    2) Same as Graf. Nope.

    3) Same as Graf. Keep it on top of dresser, never been an issue. (Plus the little bit of menthol in it gives it that special zip anyway😄 )

    4) Same as Graf. Very helpful. I use it sparingly.
