I am thinking about buying a new bike. Has anyone heard of the dymanic synergy bike from Massachusetts. It is a chainless bike but has the same ratio and derailers as a chain bike.
Thanks
Lorraine

The dynamic synergy is a chain bike. It looks like a single speed because it does not use derailleurs. It uses the Shimano alfine 8-speed hub, which does offer a wide range of gearing - about 95% of a compact double setup on a road bike. Dynamic does make several chainless bikes using a shaft drive system - both 7-speed and 8-speed models.
