chain help?

I have a Specialized Allez Elite Tripple. The manual recomends the following chains: CN 7801/ 6600/ 5600. For someone who puts on a lot of miles, what would you recomend. They are all at about $30-35. Thanks

Least expensive compatible chain(and cogs!), the 5600 one. The others get more expensive for plating and such but the 5600 performs and lasts just like the more expensive ones.

So the zinc-alloy plated steel on the Ultegra and Dura-Ace models makes no difference?

None in terms of performance and longevity. Small coffee shop points is all.
