  1. Hi All
    Connecting pin spins & a minute amount of play is detected relative to the outer plate. The link pin at the other end is firm as per normal.The CP protrudes uniformly in relationship to both outside plates.

    This CP is the original one as supplied with the CN-5600 chain on the bike. The CP may not be an original shimano as it does not have the usual dimple as per RCPs which come with other shimano chains I have bought.
    The chain has done 1000ks.

    Q is....is this spin normal or should it be firm like the link pins?
