i recintley perched a new chain wiht a master lock every thing went on with a bress but when i went to go take it off the liknk wont come off any sugestions on wht i can do?

The chain is normally under tension when you pedal, and even when you don't pedal because of the spring in the arm on the derailleur. The link is designed not to release when the chain is under tension or it would be a disaster. Master links usually release when you reverse the tension on the chain- grab the two links on either side of the master link and push them towards each other. The master link plate should slide over to where it will let go. You may have to apply a little sideways bending force to the chain to get the link to release. Wear rubber gloves unless you like to have dirty hands for about a week after removing the chain.
Here's another suggestion: please try using a spell checker, or put just a teensy bit more effort into making your post a little more decipherable- punctuation helps...

Recently, I took off a chain that had to be bent sideways. I slid the edge of my boxcutter under the link as I bent the chain and it popped off easily.
