1. I have been cycling and running for years, and this is new to me. After my ride today, my nipples were chafed. I was wearing one of my usual cycling jerseys, and the temp was about 75 F, which probably made my man-cones perky. My wife ran NCAA track / CC and told me that if i wore a sports-bra that wouldn't happen. She thinks this is hilarious. Honestly though...would a little vaseline help? I have a somewhat hairy chest, to tape or bandaids aren't an option. Let me know. Thank God I'm not breatfeeding.

2. Try wearing a heart rate monitor, call it a boys sports bra... 😄

.
This will occasionally happen to me when I run 10K or greater (when wearing cotton). Vaseline or Nip-Guards will do the trick.

If you were to get a sports bra, there'd be problems...
