    My Soloist Carbon frame came with a thin black plastic tube sticking out of the bottom of the seat tube. Does anyone know if this tube is supposed to be there permanently to cover the cable to the front derailleur or is it only there temporarily to help guide the cable through the holes in the frame during installation? 😕
