  1. Heya guys, got a question. There's a Cervelo One that came stock with full 105 group. What parts would you upgrade to Ultegra with a tight budget? I was thinking rear der and shifters. Thanks in advance.

    If it is all still good, I'd keep the 105 until it needed replacing. Ultegra isn't much better, just a bit better finish and a touch lighter. Since the Cervelo one was a tri/TT bike, it should have bar-end shifters, which would be Ultegra (or DA) since there was not a 105 bar-end.
