Certified Pre-Owned... for bikes?

What do you guys think of the program idea that this guy has here: http://www.bmxbasics.org/new/bmx1203.html Seems interesting, and it keeps money flowing, keeps value high, and keeps people riding. Then again, the profit margin isn't that great, the merchant overhead would be high, and it would somewhat require computerized records. Thoughts? -- Phil, Squid-in-Training
