Condors in Grays Inn Road is pretty good and have reasonable clothing stocks.
Its always my first point of call.

Nearby in Lambs Conduit Street - a 5 min walk away - is Bikefix for
drooling over 'bents and the new CycleSurgery at Holborn (although I've
not been in the latter)
