    After all this discussion on judges and sports outcomes perhaps the
    Tour starting next year, or even better the Giro, where you get bonus
    seconds either added or taken away from you time based on your style
    at the line.

    Examples:
    Flecha's arrow win would be worth 20-25 seconds for him, while Neil
    Stephens' rocking the baby would be the opposite, maybe a full minute
    penalty.
    How much for Virenque's "awesome" sky pointing?
    Lance's chest thumping and fist pumping this year was pretty agressive
    but maybe too much in your face and cost him a few seconds in style?

    Celebrating and then losing is stylish but costly -- 2 whole minutes!
