Has anyone experienced chest discomfort after having a cardioseal installed(after a PFO closure)? I
suffered a stroke and the reason was a hole in the heart. After 9 months I am experiencing stiffness
on the left side, tingleness and a slight discomfort in the heart area. Is this from the stroke or
the cardioseal? I mentioned the discomfort while having a ultrasound(2 months later) and the nurse
said that this is common. I like to beleive nurses more than docs cause nurses see more patients and
are more subjective than docs. My doc said it was acid reflux. Any ideas?
