Looking for anyone in the US who has purchased the Cardgirus trainer. www.cardgirus.com
Have studied the web site and read some reviews. http://www.cyclingnews.com/tech/?id=2002/reviews/cardgirus
Specifically intersted in the accuracy of the software translation from Spanish. Also shipping and customs info.

I use the cardgirus at a training studio in Cape Town. They have 20 of them networked. They really are awesome machines, the software is excellent and there are programs for everything you're likely to need for training. We mostly use the watts-based mode to do power-based intervals. PM me and I'll give you details of the guy who runs the studio, he'll be able to give you an in-depth opinion.

I train at the same studio as MidBunchLurker (he's actually a fast rider the bugger!), and can only praise the training. Takes a while to get the right setup, but once you're done, its excellent training.

I have had a Cardgirus for the last 3 years, and just ran into the first problem (the circuit board went down). Although it was a pain to mail it back to Spain (from Washington State), it was back in service within a few weeks. In the winter, guys line up outside my door with their cycling shoes in hand, all wanting to get tested on the machine. It has been well worth the cash outlay.

Yeah, Greg's right...I line up outside his door to use his machine, cycling shoes in hand...and he lives three hours from me! Kind of tough when it's snowing out...

Seriously, I've used his machine, and would love to have one of my own. They are awesome!!!
