  1. i am going to be undertaking to run on the filthadelphia marathhon in
2005. it seems i have plenty of time...if i start now (HA HA) and i'm
wondering just what the minimim number of carbihidrates i need to
consume in order to finish effectivly.

i have just bought a new pair of nikes and the cushioning feels good
and my MD says that if my back problems persist he can operate to reduce
the discomfort so i can run better.

i visited one of those sites to get an ITB support system for under $50
and i'm hoping that will help with my wimpy knees without requiring yet
    another operation.

finally, does anyone know of any systems to either get a free ipod or
    make money from my computer.

also, do chiropractorers give better massages than filipino gurls?

Please respond via email and in the grope.

    Thanks In Advance,
    TheFrankShorter

i'm serious. i just took up running a few weeks ago. i dont have a
runnign watch just yet but i think my average pace is a round 6 minutes
per mile (+/-). i want to get faster though. i feel like a real turtle
stuck here at this pace. i've watched a marathon before and the little
guys at the front dont look like much. i lift and i weigh about 230
which looks good on my 5'10" frame. i'm big boned and muscular so don't
    go calling me obese.
