  1. Need feedback on carbon frames:

Trek 5900, Colnago C40 HP, Eddy Merckx Carbon GX2, and Gaint TCR Composite Team.

Need information on how it feels, handles, component selections, and bike weights, and sizing? I have some info on the Colnago, Trek, but would like more on GX2 and TCR models.

    TIA,
    Michael Schenck

  2. The C40 and Merckx cost so much they gotta be good ... or, I often think, no one that has spent so much on one is ever going to tell you it's less than perfect. I have a Trek and it does nothing wrong, everything you read indicates the same for the Giant so, really, isn't the question whether or not you want to pay the premium for the bragging rights associated with the other two ?

  3. Need information on

*giant comp bikes share the same frame (mine is a tcr1 with ultegra)

how it feels? aggressive compared to my lemond zurich (a both good and bad thing)

    handles? instantly responsive, a scalpel

and sizing? not perfect: expect to make changes to the seatpost and stem to dial in

    specs as you know http://www.giant-bicycles.com/us/030.000.000/030.000.006.asp?bikesection=8830&lYear=2003
