  1. I have an older Trek 2300 pro with aluminum fork and Shimano 600 components.
    I'm starting to do longer rides and want to start upgrading my bike. I'd
    like to either upgrade to a carbon fork or upgrade to 105 components.
    Any suggestions on which one I should do first?

    Hi Carlton,

    It's my understanding that Shimano 600 was the forerunner of Ultegra.
    Although old, I don't think 105 is an upgrade.

    But then I may be wrong (:
