Things like Omega 3, are gram for gram a fat source. I count amino acids as
protein, but I'm not certain this is correct.Doing low carb properly, you shouldn't need something like a carb killer
pill. Also, blocker pills tend to cause gastrointestinal problems as the
body's flora goes nuts on undigested food.Cubit
