If anyone can help me and tell me if this bike seems like a good fit, I would really appreciate it. I am somewhat new to riding, but I would love to get this bike, as long as it reccomended.

Try playing with one of the fit calculators on www.wrenchscience.com or www.competitivecyclist.com and see what numbers it comes up with. Compare those with the frame of the bike you're looking at, and you should get a decent "ball park estimate" of whether it's suitable.
