not sure where this could go, but does anyone know about the cannondale 2.8series aluminum frame? Would like to hear some reviews about it since I am planning on purchasing a 5 year old r700 with that frame on it. Don't exactly know how much it weighs, or is the frame really 2.8 pounds.

Have you found any info on the 2.8? I believe it may have started this model back in 1992. I have a r700 2.8 yellow for 650c wheels size and would like to find more. Regards Bill
