Will a 6' drop on a Cannondale Jekyll 4 (aluminum alloy, full suspension, 150mm travel) cause any damage to my bike, assuming that I land properly?

Some people are so light on their landings that they can ride almost anything ... and, handle almost any drop ...
'I' would probalbly crack the frame & end up in the hospital ...
I suggest that you contact CANNONDALE's Customer Service to find out which frame & fork they recommend for the type of hucking that you want to do.

You know, I think that the further out your landing point is (to ensure [U]more[/U] forward momentum rather than vertical) from where you launch will probably be the most meaningful thing you can do to prevent bottoming out ...
Someone more clever than I am can help you figure out the mathematics ... including the minimum tire pressure that you probably will want to use for the combined weight of the bike + rider for any given drop ...
