I was wondering what size frame people with a 35" inseam ride? This will be my first road bike and I have test ridden 58cm and 60cm frames and I don't know which one will be more comfortable?
I felt a little too stretched out along the top tube of the 60, but the standover what perfect
With the 58 I was less stretched out along the top but there was more standover space

Oh, btw I'm 6' 1.5", 35" inseam, 200lbs.
Inseam(assuming adequate standover) or what other people ride has little to do with it. Go with what works best for you. Stem length can be changed by small amounts to get better fit.If you are between ideal sizes, either could work.

I, too, have a 35" inseam on pants, which is what I assume you are talking about, but am 1" shorter so have disproportionaetly long legs. That makes my fit even more difficult. I have found that the best bet is to fit so the top tube works first, then make sure you have adequate height so that your knee on the bottom of your pedal stroke is just slightly flexed. Don't worry about stand over height. Unless it is pressing private parts into your throat it is irrelevant. You can, to a point, increase hieght with more seat post and increase or decrease how stretched out you are with stem lengths. If none of this works, go to a different brand that fits better.
