im looking for a mtb that will drive me to and from work (15km eace side) every day.
At the weekends i use them riding with my family at the parks (gravels road not singels or drops!!).
is the f900 (2001) (caad2) will answer my needs ?

if ur just riding back and forth 2 work and riding on gravel roads wit ur family then u dont even need 2 spend that much. I would buy a specialized hardrock sport or sport disc. Good Luck!
