It's got campy record, CF handlebars, CF fork, not sure of seat or wheel set, supposedly some other campy product- and it's from 2004. Asking price is 800? But the gears desperately need a tune up as the shifting is quite wacky-full tune up is about 50. What are your thoughts on this deal?

$800 seems a bit high, but whether or not it is depends on the condition of the bike and the full spec, i.e. what components are on the bike. Do you have pictures? What kind of wheels does it have?
