Canned tuna oil

It's not fish oil that it's packed in, it's soybean oil (usually). Fish oil
would be too expensive.

Fish oil is made by rendering fish, often menhaden, to extract the oil. The
process is similar to rendering pork scraps to make lard, or rendering
chicken or goose fat to make schmaltz. The other byproduct from rendering
fish is fish meal.

I wouldn't worry about tossing the oil down the drain.
