I just picked up a five pound box of frozen "Canadian Rock Crab Meat" at Wal-Mart for ten bucks
($1.97 a pound). Brand name is "Luxury". Anyone know anything about this product?
Its a frozen block encased in plastic with two layers. One layer of what looks like mostly whole
claw meat and one layer of what looks like fine textured meat.
