Some of those numbers don't add up like they should...

your pictograph doesn't add up, particualrly the 9.20 cents society pays for car owners as society would have to pay for roads for the bus's to drive on anyway and the car owner pays for all thier own expenses I fail to see how driving cars cost society rather than individuals 9.20.
