1pound box confectioner's sugar 1 dozen eggs 1 quart extra dark rum 1 pint peach brandy 1 quart milk 1 teaspoon nutmeg 1 teaspoon allspice
Separate the eggs. Beat the confectioner's sugar and the egg yolks well together. Add rum, brandy, milk, nutmeg and allspice. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
