Hey on my racer ive currently got cages which ive had for along and just didnt think about upgrading, but i recently got a MTB with clipless and really noticed the difference so i thought... can u use normal clipless pedals or do they have to be special racing ones? if so.. what are your pedals? and what do u think about Shimano PD-M520 Pedals?
