LAKE used to make a MTB shoe which could handle LOOK cleats ...

any idea of the make thanks

FYI. A simple web search should have given you the following information which you are asking for -- the LAKE CX 125 is apparently (still) available through NASHBAR by special order ...

The three strap upper gives adjustability and security. The upper is synthetic leather with nylon mesh inserts. This shoe has full SPD and Look-type cleat compatibility. Nashbar does not list the cost, but the MSRP is apparently $100 ...

BUT, with all shoes, even if the LAKE CX 125 has the sole which you are looking for, it may-or-may-not fit as well as another brand of shoes ...

If you think about it AND if you are handy, then you can probably modify your existing MTB shoes to accept a set of LOOK-compatible cleats by removing the conflicting cleats + drilling holes in the sole to accept appropriately sized three wood screws.
