Campy Shimano combo

AFAIK, you don't have to put the cable on using the alternate method in the latter scenario. At
least I didn't when I set up my friend's Look. He said it shifted fine, and he's a triathlete! We
all know about them...

You don't have to use any alternative cable attachment method for either. A Campagnolo 10s OR 9s
ERGO, rear der will shift shimano 9s spacing, using a shimano 9s chain, just fine...
