  1. I just got a frame and my 2005 campy record brake studs are to short to fit through the front fork and rear bracket. can these studs be replaced with longer ones, or will i have to replace the calipers? If they can be replaced where can i get the longer ones?

  2. I understand the length of bolt is standard, while the Torx slotted nut comes in different lengths. IIRC, those are Ti for Record, which means that you'll need to get one through your LBS.

Campagnolo makes longer nuts (up to 30mm I believe) to fit different thickness forks/seatstay bridges. Contact your local Campagnolo supplying LBS. Problem solvers also make a similar nut up to 30mm that are cheaper than the Campanolo ones.
