By the color of the spokes and the stikers on the rims. Here goes:

1999: Chrome spokes/Grey decals/Weight 1370/pair
2000: Chrome spokes/Grey decals/Weight 1520/pair
2001: Chrome spokes/Grey-red decals
2002: Black spokes/Grey decals
2003: Known as Neutron

From 2000 until now, no real way to tell if it is 2000/2001/2002/2003.

since the stuff looks brand new.. i suspect that is is either 2002 or 2003 or a mix thereof.... ..
the rims say neucleon ..

if they are all so close.. it sounds like it really doesn't make much difference what the model
year is... :-)
