a mate has been told, (by his LBS),that in order to change his Chorus 10 cluster from 11-23 to 12-25, he needs to buy a whole new cluster. Can he just buy the individual cogs that he needs?....being a died in the wool Shimano man, I have no clues on Campy stuff. Any help would be appreciated,

Problem is that the larger cogs are mounted on carriers and cannot be switched indivudally. check campy cassettes and cogs at www.branfordbike.
Not so much a problem with mounting of individual cogs. More that the problem is with th fact that all clusters are "timed" so that shifting is as smooth as possible. So with teeth placed in certain positions on certain cassettes it isn't advisable to chop and change.
