Campy Bike set up question

The difference is too small to be meaningful. Set them up
the same. Then dial in each bike without regard to the other
for your optimal mix of comfort, performance and whatever
else matters to you for that bike and its intended use. If
they end up with the same fit, well and good. If they don't,
why compromise one for the sake of matching the other?

YMMV. If I had two identical bikes (but for one being a
double and one a triple), I'd sell one and use the money to
buy something that made the herd more varied. Again, YMMV.
