Campy 10sp chain question

I'm new to 10 speed. Does anybody know if a Park CT-5 mini chain tool can in fact be used on a 2003
Campy 10sp chain? On the packaging of the tool it says "Removes and installs rivets on most bicycle
chains, including 10-speed."
