Campy 10S shifting

Look for the very common error of wire on the wrong side of
the anchor. It should pass straight from the adjuster under
its clip on the spoke side of the bolt

I did check that. It is routed correctly. However, I could possibly
move it as far as possible and still be under the clip.

I did check that. It is routed correctly. However, I could possibly move
it as far as possible and still be under the clip.

Your symptoms say it is on the WRONG side. It just sneaks under the edge of
the washer on the outside. If it goes THROUGH a clip then you have it
wrong.

1) Rear derailleur hangar isn't straight
2) When you attached the cable to the rear derailleur, you went
through that top piece hole instead just attaching under the bolt.
