[FONT= 'Arial']Anything in Belgium and France is, understandably, booked years in advance. In the UK you can go via a brokerage which a) seem very expensive and b) seem to attract some very bad reviews regarding quality of product and support (insurance, breakdown, hidden charges etc.)[/FONT]
