  1. I have a 1997 Record 8 speed which was converted to 9 speed
ergo shifter. Can this be converted to a 10 speed ergo
shifter? Also, I am currently running a 9 speed Daytona rear
derailleur (2000-2001?) but am thinking about making the
shift to a triple rear derailleur. Is the set up of my
current 9 speed shifters compatible with the new 9 speed
centaur/mirage/racing T rear triple rear derailleur?

Thanks for any information that you might provide.

Technically yes but you have to change most of the innards
as they changed the thru bolts and lots else inside for 1998
and again in 1999. To purchase all the stuff would cost more
    than a lever-
