Yes, if you use a JTek Shiftmate to perform the necessary cable pull
conversion:

need a model #3.

I use a model #1 to enable use of Campag 9 speed shifters and
derallieur with a Shimano cassette.

Directly no. With various modifications, some quite simple, yes.

Try "Shimergo" and "Shiftmate" in a search engine for the various solutions.

I think you need a Shiftmate model 1.

If the listed UK dealer doesn't respond (no idea, never dealt with them),
the US maker is helpful, and I guess would work out postage costs for you.
